I am installing the torque 6.1-dev on my testcluster and enabled ony
cgroups. But then i can not use the 'memory_pressure_threshold' keyword:
{{{
pbs_mom: LOG_ERROR::read_config, special command name
memory_pressure_threshold not found (ignoring line)
}}}
In cgroups this also mounted in the default:
* /sys/fs/cgroup
{{{
cpuset.cpu_exclusive
cpuset.cpus
cpuset.effective_cpus
cpuset.effective_mems
cpuset.mem_exclusive
cpuset.mem_hardwall
cpuset.memory_migrate
cpuset.memory_pressure
cpuset.memory_pressure_enabled
cpuset.memory_spread_page
cpuset.memory_spread_slab
cpuset.mems
cpuset.sched_load_balance
cpuset.sched_relax_domain_level
}}}
but in the 'torque' cgroup the 'cpuset.memory_pressure_enabled' is missing.
Also found this in the doc of adaptive computing:
{{{
It is recommended that you use --enable-cgroups instead of
--enable-cpuset. --enable-cpuset is deprecated and no new features will
be added to it.
}}}
So it this a bug in the 6.1-dev environment and are the
'memory_pressure_duration' and 'memory_pressure_threshold' still
supported for cgroups?
