We've been working hard to restore service to the community torqueusers and
torquedev mailing lists and think we have things operational again.
However, we are still working to restore service to the respective archives.

We understand how important these are to the community and we apologize for
the delay in getting them back online. We hope to have the archives
accessible in the next few days and will send an update when they can be
used again.
