Hi
I'm running torque-6.1.2 compiled with GPU support on CentOS 7.
When I start pbs_mom on the compute nodes using systemd I get the following
warning. See: https://pastebin.com/ZfqfzNuG
Torque pbs_mom seems unable to initialize the GPU.
When I run pbs_mom directly on the command line, it works as expected and
pbsnode -a from the headnode shows the GPUs in the node listing.
See: https://pastebin.com/usahbiLr
Has anyone come across this before? Originally I had thought it was
something to do with the environment paths, but I've tweaked the systemd
service script and gotten nowhere.
Kind Regards
